Chevy Silverado High Temperature and Broken Antennae - Any Easy Fixes?
I am not qualified to do any of these repairs but I make it happen. Today we fix the antennae on the second gen Silverado. Also we fix the "Engine Hot AC Turned Off" error (P0103) by replacing the temperature sending unit, the thermostat and the sending unit connector.

really helpful video, I gave mine to much water and he is really unhappy right now... im a bit scared to cut so he is now drying in the sun. out of soil but I don't know which root or spot I need to remove... he also has a lot of mini roots what makes it more confusing, maybe you have an extra tip?

o and do you need to cut the branches equal to the roots in case? or is the chance of survival increasing if you trim the branches , cinnamon and sunlight

I'm a new mom to a desert rose plant. I bought mine in December 2023, and it had a few flower buds that didn't open yet. A month or so after, her beauty started showing when the flowers opened, and she's still flowering and has grown a bit now in June 2024. She's still in the same soil that I bought her in, consisting of sand, bark, and compost (she seems happy) and in full sun, I fertilize once a month, and water when she is almost dry. Her roots are coming out the bottom of the pot. We are going into the winter season, so I'll just rearrange her in her pot and give it a light prune once spring / summer starts. I do hope I don't damage her, hence collecting as much information as I can 😊

My desert rose is so stringy and long 😭 I need to prune it ,but I'm so unsure where exactly! I have cinnamon. Am I able to repot the cut of pieces to make new ones ? How do I do it ? In water ? In soil ? I'm so lost ,I had the rose since years now in FL ,grew perfectly. Now I'm in Michigan and I'm worried with rain ,snow less heat . Please help thank you 🙏😊

Where is the sensor on the 2013? I have been told it's on the manifold pressure, the manual lever position sensor pn# 24248867 and the wiring harness pt# 24298349?

Hook up scan tool and check for codes. Verify that all connections and harnesses are ok. Check sensors Make sure that all grounds are clean. Usually electrical problems are a byproduct of corrosion and age.

I repotted my straggly desert rose and cut back the roots(February in central Florida) , used cinnamon on cuts, also cut back the stacks. I put it inside for 2 weeks spritzing it with water everyday. The leaves are turning yellow and falling off on stacks I didn't cut back. it's 2 weeks and I put it outside in sun, should I fully water it now?

if you found rot on a branch, there is probably rot in the roots. Take it out of the soil, check the roots, cut off rot. let dry out a few days before repotting

Hi there. At 1:47 in your video I see 2 desert roses that appears to be pruned down to the caudex. I too did the same thing about a year ago and have had no new growth. I anticipated many new branches but sadly I’m left with just the stump. It’s in good health and I still find it attractive, can you tell me if yours ended up putting out new growth? I don’t know what to do with mine now. Thanks!

I live in the California desert. Never get a frost but goes dormant in winter. I have hundreds of plants and the desert rose is the most DIFFICULT one. It likes ZERO water in the winter, even with temps in 60s during the day, 40s at night. So sad!
